LiCon is a wearable tech device for ankle rehabilitation, integrating LiDAR and piezoelectric sensors in a compression sock. It tracks ankle strength and biomechanics, providing real-time data via an app. Designed for athletes, it enhances recovery by bridging gaps between physiotherapy sessions with valuable, continuous insights.
An ankle sprain often leads to months of innactivity, lingering pain, and a reduced quality of life. LiCon is designed to be a key resource for healthcare professionals and users, helping track rehabilitation progress and rebuild confidence in the injured ankle. Since ankle injuries vary greatly in severity and recovery pace, many people—including athletes—struggle to gauge their progress and know how much they can safely strengthen their ankle during recovery.
